The Positions:

You will work as part of an experienced and dedicated team catering to our wonderful and discerning members. We use the best of produce – some fresh from our own gardens – and cook meals to order, including breakfast. Senior chefs have extensive experience, offering you a great opportunity to tap into their vast knowledge and develop your career skills.

Requirements:

  • Keen to learn and take direction, driven to excellence and improvement
  • Passionate about delivering high quality, freshly cooked food using top produce
  • Impeccable standards of food hygiene and H&S – we are rated “exemplary” by our local authority
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Should have own transport (no public transport to the club)
  • Weekend and evening work on a rota basis

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Member Services team in the role of Receptionist. The successful candidates will support the Member Services Manager in providing a 5-star experience to our members and their guests. We are seeking applicants for full, seasonal and weekend positions, and candidates must be available for morning, evening and weekend shifts.

If you are an individual with a passion to deliver the highest level of service with discretion, professionalism, and a willingness to develop, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first point of contact in the Clubhouse to meet and greet our members, guests, and visitors
  • Reception, concierge, and clerical duties
  • Manage room bookings, travel itineraries and off-site activities for our members
  • Liaise with all departments in a clear and effective manner to anticipate our member’s needs, ensuring their requirements are always met

Requirements

  • Suitable experience in a service environment
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication skills: confident in handling enquires over the phone, in person and in writing
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Have a courteous and helpful manner

Queenwood invites caddies with a good knowledge of golf to apply for a license to contract for work with our members at Queenwood. We offer a rare chance to work for a great group of members in an exclusive environment where caddy use is the norm. We operate 7 days a week with the highest demand for caddies being weekends.
